with the IPO you could be right , IMO. the merger with an listed (shell) very likely.
I think the MEGA web site presentation of ULEY , is very bullish .
The fact that they got an world class team of experts in every field, on the MEGA board ,is the best platform , to make this resource , into fantastic money spinner for all holders .
In regards to funds , they all ready have plenty of backing ,IMO. Due to the fact we have a first stage processing plant at Uley , gives us another advantage , FML NGC AXE are still looking for off takes and potential JV. and about 55mill. to build a first stage plant. The market is looking madly for large flake , high grade stuff.
You know what it is like , first in first serve .
The conference in dez. will be great , because all the battery future mass producer, will be looking for there graphite .

When SER /MEGA get this deal happening ,a min. 20c. sp. , we will have about 2-3 years before any other large flake producer comes on line , IMO

I also think , we will have tsx, asx, and maybe frankfurt listing , for maximum exposure , with these great new , products .
