You will notice how I said MINI RIO... last time I looked in the dictionary, it means small.
So MINI means in terms of RIO a smaller version of RIO.
And what is RIO... a diversified mining group whose main focus is on iron ore.
Hmmm... isnt that what Legacy has indicated they are trying to do.
And didnt NMDC just break ties with RIO... so surely they must want to move along this path as well..
