sido, you don't think the selling could have been from other holders reading/hearing the news and pulling out? I would suggest the fact the share price fell shows bad news was released to the market and the price reacted accordingly.
If Hanlong has the choice of sacraficing a few employees who were involved in insider trading to keep their bid afloat, or scrap their plans of becoming the "fourth force in IO," which do you think they would chose? It's a private company remember, and I know what I'd do as owner if I faced that choice.
