The bears dominate this forum. If you want a thumbs up all you have to do is say prices are going to fall and burn baby burn. Most of the posters have reasonable arguments and strong beliefs but what baffles many is why. Why would you spend so much time and effort criticizing housing. My belief is that many on here are not interested in property at all. Keep posting.
