Hopes and dreams definitely.
My point is someone has extensively drilled and analyzed these particular hopes and dreams - it's drilling results not just land that have been sold here.
Then within an hour experts on HC are assuming the sellers have vastly undervalued these drilling results...hopes and dreams?
