why is someone trying to take the sp lower?

While we had some theories last week about what the object of the BOTs was, it seems apparent that it was not to accumulate as all the big purchases seemed to have been largely HC people. That therefor leaves the question open: why is someone making miniscule purchases with the apparent object of driving the SP down? It also raises the question why the larger holders and underwriters have not stepped up to the mark to neutralise the BOT effect (which they could easily do with a tiny bit of purchase volume). So what is going on I wonder?

I am not particularly concerned because I know how tightly TIS is held and that on any positive announcement, shares are going to be difficult to pick up except at a significant premium. But it seems to me someone is up to something...
