Tas yes it could possibly be a cup and handle but still not enough confirmation, however looking more like an inverse head and shoulders with the neckline being 23c and a break of the neckline at 23c could see the sp going to 29c (which is the same distance of the base of the head 17.5c, projected forward from 23c to 29c). This Doji could confirm the inverse head and shoulders is in play. Throw in the fundamentals at play (which we have discussed to death)and this could be happening short term.
