Say NMDC hypothetically offers 40mil for 50%.
If our board then came out and said our independent valuation is say, 80mil for 50%
why would a third party then come out and offer say 100mil for 50%, when they know our valuation is for 80mil ?
Letting everyone know your independent valuation has an effect of "capping" the price.
