    Warren Buffett has said a couple things amongst many.

    If you can't handle seeing your investment go down 50% you shouldn't be in the stock market

    also most people get caught up emotionally in stocks by looking at them everyday. an idea is to check on them periodically. day to day trading is erratic.

    please ignore this if you are a day trader.
    i personally am a long term investor and gbg will shine.
