Spent huge money (in relation to its cash position) on land at Newcastle and doesn't have the money to continue - prudent management?

What happened to the potential sell down to its LNGN partners that DC was bragging about in a previous announcement?

These guys are on a hook here and the NO vote keeps them right there.

I will leave it at that.....I am sure that as this pans out there will be definite interest in looking further into this by some parties.
