tb's salary and bonus package - concerning

Terry's total package this last financial year has leap to over a million dollars, including salary, benefits, super, and free shares & options. This is nearly a 4-5 fold increase from last financial year's (2009-10) package. Is TB really worth that much in the scheme of things, knowing that his free shares and options will make him many millions of dollars when / if our ship comes in from recent drilling activities?

This is concerning to me when the entire board of Directors accounted for a huge $2-3 million in benefits....taking more out of company than profits made for entire year from oil production. Anyone else have a comment in this regard. At the very least, worth monitoring in my view. Bernie
