Good pick up Duck .This article should be included with all the rubbish that the company has paid heaps for,and sent out to all shareholders to read(it would be the only thing worth reading that didnt require a lawyers explanation).I doubt this would happen ,so next best thing is to tell fellow shareholders about it.
