Grizzley, those million shares at low offer price would sell at the indicative price of @1.56 and the seller knows that. The extrme pricing away from the indicative price simply gets the extrme price to the front of the transaction que. It is volumes which move the action price rather than the price. The auction logic calculates a price which will maximise the number of auction sales.
The million shares at low offer if not pulled , would have sold for $1.56 and they could have been purchsed yesterday for say $1.48, a nice little profit for a overnight trade. Only for someone who has infulence on price, or high conviction of price movement.
