The answer is very simple, the market/investors will NOT put money into a company that has a track record of a dismal failure. The dismal failure is concluded from an IPO of 50c to a SP now in the 5c range with countless dilutive cap raisings. This is the definition of a dismal failure. The markets are rebounding and not 1 share has been bought. The market has spoken well and truly about how it feels about QMN(quietly mining nothing)
