Is Nick Xenophon going to name in Parliament one person out of every failed relationship when there is one disgruntled party? Peoples sexuality is nobody's business except ther own and if an assault occurred the correct course of action is through the courts. This is essentially an attack on the Catholic church which is Australia's biggest employer (yes bigger than the Federal Government(source "the Record newspaper August)). The crime of sexual abuse cannot be defended but on pure statistics there are going to be failures and in fact the Church has a better record than the general population in terms of all types of crime.
