    STO wants the resource, NEEDS the resource. Barring an interloper, STO WILL GET the resource, will you JT, GIVE it to them, or SELL it to them?

    If STO gets all our NO votes, they will have to stump up more for ESG, as they want it, As they need it.
    Also have too much invested in it at this time.
