software to chart foreign stocks

Since this group has so many technical analysts, I am hoping someone can guide me here. I am in US watching about 100 Australian and European stocks. I want some functional software or web site that would meet these requirements:

1) Can view charts of every stock on a watchlist with a 1Y or configurable timeframe all at the same time. If I have a watchlist for 20 stocks in Australia, I want to be able to see all 20 stock charts at the same time, so that I can quickly assess the overall status of the historical stock price for the entire watchlist.

2) Would ideally like coverage for ASX, all European exchanges, and Hong Kong.

3) Time delayed data is acceptable.

4) I do NOT want any kind of slow-loading Java based workstation. I need to be able to pull up a web page and get an instantaneous feed of relevant and useful data. I have very very limited time to review charts every day.

5) At minimum, I need a default chart view to include 50 and 200 day averages, MACD, and RSI.

I am using stockcharts.com for US and Canadian stocks. Something very close to this for other exchanges would be ideal.
