That is a fantastic idea. It would be be exactly in keeping with the English convict system in the 1800's where they sent all the last convicts to Tas.
It would also be in keeping with Bob Brown's policy of bringing all the boat people on to Australian soil.
The first hostel could be next to where Bob lives and the second one next to his friend Graham Wood.
