I agree with everything you say.

I get the feeling though that Hanlong remain in the box seat.

I also got that impression when speaking to Guilio Casello face-to-face a couple of weeks back - he kept his cards close to his chest, but he was upbeat about negotiations with Hanlong.

As posted earlier today by Con WISCO is plan B for China, in the unlikely event Hanlong is forced to step aside.
