the guy (Norman Kennedy) running the show has a massive amount of experience in mineral resources in S.A.

Larger volumes might be a clue to exploration progress - PNN has an interetsing portfolio, but coming on the heels of the RTM fiasco and then RPT, you would have to the timing is not great - there is more to PNN than just uranium, but this is the current focus.. I think the market will be waiting for some concrete drilling results before giving the price any blue sky. At least they have been granted the lease - unlike RTM - one has to be thankful for these small things in this environment!
