I do think you will have to wait over weekend.

I am sure Judges couldn't care less where lawyers would rather be.

I think Axiom is aware now of information which they will need time to sort through before making an announcement to SH. The information, I believe will NOT be in Axioms favour which is why it will take Axiom time to reassess its position.

Having received the information [or legal advice maybe] they determined it would take some days to evaluate the situation, formulate a response, and table an announcement otherwise they would have made the time frame late this afternoon or Monday. They didn't. They have elected to hold over and deal with the ramifications and fallout of the information they possess [or the advice they have received] therefore you will have an anxious wait until Tuesday for the official version of events. There may be leaks in the inteim.

I am not saying it will favour Sumitmo either, only that it will have repercussions on Axiom and the SP.

A sensible outcome from SI point of view [and landholders] would be to throw out both sides and start again with an accelerated timeframe.

Hope I am wrong but I sold off totally right on 4PM yesterday based on "rumours".

    Good luck.
