If Sharon and her friends accept their offer, then that is good enough for me.
Do you really think Sharon would care if sp drops to 15 cents in the short term by virtue of accepting this deal when she knows its going to be worth many multiples more in the months to come ?
Kudos to her for pulling off this deal.
