I can see them joining a consortium but not going it alone. You have to add to that, at the port a stacker reclaimer yard plus train unloading station plus all the at site infrastructure plus a train loading station. They would have to prove up a huge amount of extra ore. Also it is just not logical for every company to build railway lines all over the country. Sooner or later this will become obvious to government. What is obvious an answer will appear!
