Best piece of advice is do not let emotion come in to play. The best way to avoid this is to avoid this forum (seriously). However, if you can filter out the stupid/agenda based posts it can provide as a good stepping stone to start your own research - you'll quickly learn who's posts are worth a read.
TBH, no one still knows any more about the deal than they did a month ago (except that 'something' is going ahead). The million dollar question is what that 'something' is.
You came in at eventful time (my ride has mostly been waiting/avoiding bs speculation).
