Shareholders should never forget Peter Cook settled the GSK laws suit for $20m and then blamed Peter Molloy for the financial loss thinking no one will find out GSK offerred earlier to settle for $100m. He told shareholders he Peter Cook normalised relationship with GSK which we now know is a BIG LIE. Did PC settled to take the opportunity to ask shareholders to reward him with half a million of free oopies? Even when shareholders voted down his free oopies, PC disregarded the shareholders vote and collected his free oopies.

The $73.1m disregard all shareholders' significant contribution prior to 2003 which probably far exceeds the $20m returned to appease shareholders after PC raped shareholders of the half million free oopies.
It also disregard the ASX index had multiplied many times from the index since the time of shareholders contribution.
