5Shareholder again brings up 2 issues.
10 million for consultancy fees. For a company with a total value of 100 million, 10 million on fees? l doubt other companies similar to CCC spent 10 million on consultancy fees. Then again l am not a miner!
And of course 5 million in the undisclosed box.
Consultants are used all the time in area's such as coal and l understand costs are part of this, but 10 million for a company this size!
Those of more experience here can advise me if these type of costs are typical?
Look l am going to stick with the stock and bringing up questions like this, perhaps, will help management be more aware of what shareholders are talking about.
CCC has a alot going on at the moment and most of it is positive.
