Hi stilo, this is pretty cool technology - especially for diabetics who will ultimately have real-time and continuous access to their own blood sugar levels.
The difference between EchoT and OBJ is that the former requires 'painless' removal of the stratus corneum to allow analyte extraction and from that blood sugar levels are calculated and sent to a wireless sensor. OBJ tech is non-invasive but only has one-way movemnet transdermally.
I very much agree with your sentiment about an near term need to commercialise our technology
