There is loads of uncertainty. There's good reasons to expect the DOW has some more red ink coming and we could retest a touch below 4000.
If I were an insto with an ASX300 mandate I'd be cautious right now too.
That said PRR is holding beautifully above 19.5c, indeed 20c looks to have plenty of buying.
In my opinion once the markets fall a bit more to support, the instos might start buying, and we might finally make a tilt at that rather thin looking sell side...
