It's nearly a 75% fall from its highs ... so it is a bargain if you ever think the world will become "functional again".
$3 would be disappointing as it would blow-torch all the long-termers ... but at the moment the way it is free-falling, many would take the money, lick their wounds and try to forget it ever happened.
