clunes whilst technically you are right about HAW owning Mt Bevan, imo in reality this all changed the day they signed the deal with LCY as since then LCY has been driving this and legally have fullfilled every part of their agreement. I suspect HAW are expecting a T/O offer on Mt Bevan and hence the request to LCY.
Will be interesting to see what figure our valuers put on Mt Bevan.
