IMO CEL has held up relatively well. Many other juniors down -50%+ since August. This suggests register relatively tight and news required to increase liquidity by attracting back ST traders and then day traders.

I'm okay with slight delay (this is a relative term) as we are now the operator and have experienced personnel on board. Pushing ahead for a date for the sake of meeting it doesn't always achieve the desired result. I feel this is materially more likely to have a positive outcome under the slightly delayed scenario.
