I agree its positive. One thing that hasn't been mentioned is the effect this process will have on any other mining agreement with the Martu and WDLAC; If they are seen to shaft RWD and Ruane after leading everyone a merry dance for the second time, its very hard to see any other company entering into good faith negotiations with them ever again. It remains to be seen if the deal can be mutually beneficial.
