"Below is the message I received regarding the toxicity tests. No Toxicity!!! We used the North Carolina protocol for fathead minnow. North Carolina requires this test in NPDES permits. South Carolina requires Ceriodaphnia in the NPDES permits. Therfore we used South Carolina's protocol. Note: The lab that conducted these tests is certified in both North and South Carolina."
