Shares have the majority.
And the board owns a lot of them.
Top 40 would basically cover it under the boards advisement.
To me, that is the board brushing with some very broad strokes and that's all they have to do.
I'd bet that unless you are in the top 100 you wont even get a letter other than, Hey, Our shares have spoken because the majority voted. Now we have x dollars and can do x with them.
