FLOW will take $25M for their show as outlined in the announcement.
Would all of us LT holders agree with ME's decision if FAR could buy FLOW for half the cost or less?
Either way FLOW SH's will get their $1.19 SP, but if the decree and Ophir happen in a timely manner, FAR hopefully would only dilute 300m + or -, rather than the 900m suggested based on todays SP.
There are deals out there to be had at the moment. This one must have been the best IMO.
Next week we are going to be privy to Ophir's decision. Don't you think the timing of this announcement favors well with next weeks proposed any?
So, I'm going to sit back and watch the fireworks.
