Kozzie, I think you're right. Its a pity that Shareholders of HAW dont seem to realize the likely outcome and what is their potential loss. The same sort of thing seems quite common but its the Regulator who should be held to account as it reflects badly on the whole sector IMO.
Maybe this is why nothing was done with cashed up neighbor Jupiter.
