I gotta say it looks hopeless Abu ......the 2 options are to tune out and forget about it or look for a lower entry point and average down .Can't see much joy for the long sufferring holders till they clean up the register( nobody really swallowed that guff that a reconstruction could do that did they ?? )
Not to worry old mate , you'd have to think a turn point will come but this market makes it tough
