What active role did Peter Cook performed in winning the BARDA funding?

It appears from the Appendix B Peter Cook is likely to have been rewarded with more free oppies than when he raped shareholders of half a million of free oopies for normalising relationship with GSK which we now know is a BIG LIE.

Biota shareholders should therefore ask the question - how did Peter Cook contribute to the winning of the Barda Funding?
1) Did Peter Cook lobby the US Government - most unlikely as PC was too busy manning the phone talking up BTA shareholders.

2) Is Peter Cook the author of the submission for BARDA funding? Highly unlikely as PC's announcements to the ASX left many shareholders with no doubt the guy cannot make an announcement without it sounding negative! So it is highly unlikely the idiot could be the author of any positive submission!

3) Did Peter Cook pay the wages of the Biota employees who wrote and complete the Barda Funding application? All Biota employees are paid by the company and therefore are indirectly paid by shareholders.

In conclusion why is Peter Cook raping shareholder hundred of thousands of free oopies for the Barda Funding? What did Peter Cook do to deserve the hundreds of thousands of free oopies?

All Biota Shareholders who are members of the Australian Shareholders Association(ASA) should lobby the ASA to submit a special resolution in the coming AGM to sack PC.
