We shareholders really need to question the employee remuneration of free options.
How come shareholders' wealth is not increased, but the employees are rewarded with so many free shares as bonus? Didn't those employees already get paid for what they do?
Besides the above, the size of the bonus paid is not commensurate with the size of the company and its revenue.
The management really needs a "shake up" or "check up".
They seem more self-interested and greedy than working in the best interest of shareholders.
We still do not know how much the BARDA grant will add to the shareholder wealth. How can they decide on how much to reward themselves for the BARDA grant? What the current share price tells about the BARDA grant? What the management tell shareholders about the BARDA grant?
Just my thoughts.
