I just hope that you werent saying that 12 months ago.
Looking at the past 6 months where its lost %40 of its value and on its way to the 52 week low.
RE prices are on a downtrend, although they'd need to drop by more than half for it to really dent the profit forecasts.
You can ramp the stock all you like and i agree that it has a future - but right now the price is wrong.
