and imagine if THE reason negotiations were not progressign was RC. Could it be that this will be the catalyst for closing a crux deal?
HE seemed confident and like a natural "deal guy" but equally if the other parties did not like his style then maybe that was not in teh interest of shareholders - just a possible thought on why the board and RC parted ways
