Bloody marvelous...!
The LYC board have got a jump on the Shareholder Action Group by inviting their own extra board member, and now it seems she holds NO shares in Lynas. None. Nil. Zip. Zilch.
So - I'm sure she will be there to represent the retail shareholders' interests....?!?!?!?!
That is one VERY cynical move by the board - they knew the SAG were about to nominate their own extra board members and put them up to the vote. So they invite one anyway, with no vote by shareholders, and NO SHARES....!
Wonder if she will be the recipient of freebie shares and/or options? Which would make her beholden to the ruling junta...
I'm currently overseas, with VERY intermittent Internet access, but have been flabbergasted by this price drop on Lynas - for NO reason that we know of, other than one analyst playing silly buggers at JP Morgan and taking the life savings of millions of people down the gurgler with him. I wonder if this is part of a grand scheme by JP Morgan? I wonder what the next Substantial Holdings notice will show from Morgan Stanley?
Stupid, stupid, selling and shorting - surely this must be close to capitulation before the bounce?
