I don't give recommendations to buy any stock, read all my posts across the whole of H.C. I just simply give facts about a particular company and the sector they sit in - that's all. If you think that I've written something that is not factual, please correct me.

Could the "capital destroyer" share price keep falling? Well it's possible and we can all see that the shorters are pounding it with nearly 27% of today's volume.

But for me, at some point the value fundies will come (ie. Aberdeen), the shorters will stop and cover positions and people will work out that the market and the world isn't going to end.

But like I said in my previous posts, what negative has fallen on QBE this week from the prior week?

How I see it at the moment, the "capital destroyer" would be a cash generating machine for the past four or five months, since all the cat claims would have been paid and the new increased premiums would be falling into their coffers. Remember also, the local increased premiums would be generating a good return from our aussie banks not wanting to borrow money from overseas. Could you imagine big Franky on the phone to Gail Kelly telling her he has a couple of $ billion looking for a home?

So what of the next few months for QBE?
If they don't have any significant catastrophe's, the bank accounts keep building by the day from the increased premiums, the aussie dollar stays around this mark, and they load premiums on the rice burner drivers in Sydney, I'm sure this will translate in a higher share price than it is today.
