LYCs management seems without any preparatory/replacement program (plan B), which meaning they have "ALL IN" bet on the success of Malaysia's LAMP.
To LYC : no problem as serious Important as the LAMP affairs.
SO LYCs SP canot really crash if the story/dream of LAMP still go on;
But if a big problem appear Or even rejected, then would be the last straw to pressure breaking Camel's backbone , and when the time to me to give up ...
NC seems deeply know this cruel truth, so he keep strictly confidential(?).
