There is no way they need to raise money before the EMEA meeting next month or would they even consider it before the decision.
June cash $44m
July to Sept spend say $11m
30 Sept cash $33m
Does that look like the need to raise before next month?
I am sure they need to raise but the best outcome is for some sort approval and a share price > $1 when they do so.
