Cuppa, It seems to me that Greg has been consistent in his posts, i.e. that PRR is a great company, but it is susceptible to big market downturns.... and that a market downturn is coming.
He may be guilty of saying "I told you so" at a moment when some holders are bleeding, which is probably anti-social. But this isn't a social networking site. It's a site for news & opinions, and I'd rather get a mixture of opinions (regardless of agendas) than a bunch of people agreeing how awesome PRR is.
