As long as the results have not been released as yet (easily proven by date/time stamp), then yes.
Also as the company has already put out a statement regarding the last results and HC postings, he would not be so foolish as to buy shares with the results in hand.
So I am now of the opinion there is no barrier and results could still come out any time.
My sentiment (ST Buy) is STRONG BUY, not short term buy.
