    I have first hand experience of these stats from Ireland

    as quoted by your source, and i do not doubt it-
    15-20% unemployment

    RE down 50-60% from peaks,....peaks that
    ocured when media hype & getting on the property ladder
    reached hysterical proportions....

    I have expressed the similarities before... its no longer if, its when & how long it'll remain submerged...
    the Aus bubble is a potentially greater risk...
    pending the view of unemplyment as a prerequisite or a symtom of the bubble
