RE down 50-60% from peaks,....peaks that ocured when media hype & getting on the property ladder reached hysterical proportions....
I have expressed the similarities before... its no longer if, its when & how long it'll remain submerged... the Aus bubble is a potentially greater risk... pending the view of unemplyment as a prerequisite or a symtom of the bubble thanks for the link
