    If anyone takes over MCR at $1.00 per share, it means that it gets MCR free.

    Cost $197M

    Cash in hand $70M

    Surplus about $15M per 2 months or $90M per years


    18 months of MCR normal operation will get back all capital investment.

    I think that MCR needs to accelerate buy back program in order to seal us from taken over cheaply at $1.00
