It's less than 10% of REAL reserves with a re-distribution of 1C, 2C and 3C (according to the table).
Is less than 10% enticing for other bidders??
The report also went on to say, many people will have many opinions on the value of this deal. In fact they said it is all "too hard" to know what this deal is worth for certain in light of the recent market volatility!!
